2. Make DQCB a world-class regulatory body for promoting the production of quality drugs and ensuring good distribution practices and the sale of medicine throughout the Province of Punjab.
3. To make effective regulations/policies by exercising an advisory role to the government.
4. To uplift the working of Drug Testing Laboratories of the Punjab to international standards by meeting ISO and WHO requirements.
5. To reduce violations of drug laws and provide a fair trial to the accused persons.
6. To provide an advisory role and technical assistance to the stakeholders for the promotion of good manufacturing, good distribution, and good storage practices.
7. To provide quick and reliable information to the public through Drug and Poison Control centers.
